Big Island Punch & Hibiscus Grape (100MG THC): Start with a half cap (5mg) or half a teaspoon (3.5mg) and wait an hour. If desired effect is not achieved, use more. Effects may be felt as soon as 15 minutes and can last for hours.

Mandarin Turmeric (100MG CBD): Start with a full cap (10mg CBD/2mg THC) or a teaspoon and wait an hour. If desired effect is not achieved, use more. Effects may be felt as soon as 15 minutes and can last for hours.
